Good to know

  • We dispatch within 1–3 business days. The first tracking update usually appears within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
  • Parcels travelling between countries can go several days without a new scan. That is normal.
  • If an add-on ships separately, it has its own tracking number.
  • If your parcel hasn’t arrived by the last day of the delivery estimate, contact us with your order number and we check with the carrier.
