Terms of Sale
Last updated: 2 November 2026 · Deutsch · Français · Nederlands · Svenska · Dansk · Norsk
These terms apply to every purchase from the Kisora online shop at get-kisora.com. Nothing in them takes away the rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
If you live in the United States, please read Disputes in the United States. It says that disputes are resolved by individual arbitration instead of in court, and that class actions are not allowed, unless you opt out.
1. Who we are
The seller is ELFMEDIA - FZCO, trading as Kisora (“Kisora”, “we”, “us”), Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Licence no. 7597, issued by IFZA (International Free Zone Authority), Dubai. Director: Daniel Kochetkov. Phone: +370 69563875. Email: [email protected]. All our details are on the Contact & Legal notice page.
Payments are processed by Whop, our payment processor. Whop is not the seller. Your contract is with us.
2. Who these terms are for
Our shop sells to consumers, meaning people who buy mainly for personal use.
3. Contract language
The contract is concluded in the language of the shop version you order in. These terms are available in English, German, French, Dutch, Swedish, Danish and Norwegian. If they aren’t available in the language you order in, the English version applies.
4. How you order
- Choose your products and quantities.
- Enter your contact and delivery details, and choose a payment method.
- Check your order: the products, prices, shipping cost and total, including taxes and import duties. Until you pay, you can correct any entry in the checkout fields or by going back a step.
- Place your order with the button on the last step. This is a binding order with an obligation to pay.
We keep a copy of your order. You receive your order details, these terms and the withdrawal information by email after your order. The terms in force at any time are on this page.
5. When the contract is formed
Your contract with us is formed when your payment has gone through and we have sent you our order confirmation email. If a payment fails, no contract is formed.
The order confirmation lists every item and charge. If you live in the EU, Norway or the UK, it also contains the withdrawal information and the model withdrawal form, and these terms and our Shipping & Returns policy are attached to it as a PDF.
We contact you about your order by email, and we send receipts and any invoice electronically.
Changes after ordering: we start processing your order as soon as your payment goes through, so we usually can’t change the items or the delivery address afterwards. Contact us straight away and we’ll try. Your right of withdrawal isn’t affected.
6. One-click add-ons
After your payment, we may offer you add-ons. Each offer shows the item and its price, including taxes and import duties and any shipping cost, before you decide.
- If you click the button that adds it, which shows the amount, you buy the add-on as a separate purchase. We charge it straight away to the payment method you just used. The contract for the add-on is formed when that payment goes through, and we confirm it by email.
- To make this possible, Whop saves your payment method when you pay for an order that has add-on offers. We never see your full card details, and nothing is charged without your click.
- If you don’t want an add-on, skip it. Nothing is charged.
- Add-ons ship with your order or after it.
- Each add-on has the same withdrawal and return rights as your order. You can return an add-on on its own.
7. Prices, shipping costs and promo codes
- All prices include taxes and import duties.
- Shipping costs depend on the offer. They are shown at checkout before you pay. Where express delivery is available, its price is shown before you buy it.
- Some offers depend on how many boards you buy, such as a lower price per board or a free item from a certain number of boards. If you return part of such an order, section 11 (Returning part of an offer) explains how the refund works.
- You can use one promo code per order. Promo codes can’t be combined, have no cash value, and can’t be added after an order has been placed.
8. Payment
- You can pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and with local payment methods where available. Checkout shows the methods you can use.
- Payments are processed by Whop. We charge the full amount when you place your order. An add-on is charged when you accept its offer.
- You pay in the currency shown at checkout. Refunds are made in the same currency. If your card is in another currency, your bank may convert the amount and charge a fee, which we don’t control.
- Your card statement shows WHOP*KISORA (Whop is our payment processor).
- If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us first. This doesn’t limit your right to contact your bank or payment provider.
9. Delivery and passing of risk
- We deliver to the address you give at checkout, in the countries listed on Shipping & Returns.
- We dispatch within 1–3 business days. The delivery times for each country are shown on Shipping & Returns.
- If your order doesn’t arrive within the delivery time shown, contact us. If it is lost, or can’t be delivered within a reasonable extra time, we send a replacement or refund you in full. Your legal rights in the case of late delivery are not affected.
- If something outside our reasonable control, such as a strike, extreme weather or a customs closure, delays your order, we tell you as soon as we can. If the delay is long, you can cancel and we refund everything you paid.
- The risk of loss or damage passes to you only when the parcel is delivered to you, or to someone you have named to receive it. Until then, it is our risk.
- The goods become yours once we have received full payment.
10. Our right to cancel an order before dispatch
As far as the law allows, we may cancel an order before we dispatch it if:
- we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, for example a payment that appears to be unauthorised, or
- the order is for clearly more than household quantities, for example for resale, or
- the price was obviously wrong because of a technical or typing error, for example a price far below the real one that you could reasonably have recognised as a mistake, or
- an item has sold out and we can’t get it again within a reasonable time.
If we cancel, we tell you by email and refund everything you paid, including shipping, to your original payment method without delay, and at the latest within 14 days.
11. Withdrawal and returns
If you live in the EU, Norway or the UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. The official withdrawal information and the model withdrawal form are on our Withdrawal information page, next to the “Withdraw from contract” button, and in your order confirmation.
Kisora 30-day return promise
On top of your legal rights, we give you a voluntary return promise.
- Who gives it: ELFMEDIA - FZCO, trading as Kisora, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, +370 69563875, [email protected].
- What it covers: every product bought at get-kisora.com, add-ons included, in every country we deliver to.
- How long: 30 days from delivery. If your order arrives in more than one parcel, the 30 days count from the day after the last parcel arrives.
- What you get: a refund of the product price. In the first 14 days, your legal right of withdrawal applies instead where you have one (EU, Norway, UK), and we also refund the standard delivery cost you paid.
- How to use it: tell us within 30 days of delivery, with the “Withdraw from contract” button or by email. Then send the item back within 14 days of telling us, to our returns address: Kisora Returns, Partizanų g. 190a, Unit 59, LT-50326 Kaunas, Lithuania. You pay for return shipping, and the parcel travels at your risk until it reaches us. We refund within 14 days of receiving and checking the item.
- Condition of the item: you may handle the item as you would in a shop, to check it. If it has been used, for example a board that has been cut on or used with food, we deduct its loss in value from the refund, which can be as much as the price you paid. See Condition of returned items.
- Your legal rights: if a product is faulty, the law gives you remedies free of charge (the legal guarantee, section 12). In the EU, Norway and the UK, you also have the 14-day right of withdrawal. This promise comes on top of those rights and doesn’t affect them.
Returning part of an offer
Some offers depend on how many boards you buy, for example a lower price per board, or a free item from a certain number of boards. This applies when you withdraw from or return part of such an order and the boards you keep are fewer than the offer needs:
- Free items have to come back with the return. If a free item isn’t returned, or comes back used, we deduct from your refund the price we charge for it when bought on its own.
- Lower price per board: for returns under our 30-day promise (days 15–30 after delivery), the boards you keep are charged at the price per board of the offer they still qualify for, and we refund the rest of what you paid for the boards. For example, if you bought 3 boards at the 3-board price and return 2 on day 20, the board you keep is charged at the single-board price. In the first 14 days after delivery this doesn’t apply: you get back what you paid for the boards you return.
- If you return the whole order, none of this applies.
12. Legal guarantee
Every product comes with the legal guarantee for defects. It covers defects that were present at delivery and lasts at least 2 years from delivery. In some countries the law gives you longer, and the longer period then applies.
If a product is faulty, you can ask us to repair or replace it. If that isn’t possible, or doesn’t put things right, you can ask for a price reduction or a refund. In practice, contact us with your order number and, if you can, a photo. We replace the item or refund you, usually without needing it back. We may ask for more photos or, in some cases, for the item back, at our cost.
Please tell us about a defect as soon as you notice it. In some countries, including Sweden, Denmark, Norway and the Netherlands, the law requires you to tell us within a reasonable time after you discover it. Telling us within two months is always in time.
Normal wear, such as fine knife marks or surface scratches from use, is not a defect. Nor is damage from misuse, such as using a board in the microwave or cleaning it with steel wool.
5-year warranty
Some offers include an optional, paid 5-year warranty for the boards in your order. Its price is shown before you buy it.
- Who gives it: ELFMEDIA - FZCO, trading as Kisora, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, +370 69563875, [email protected].
- What it covers: if a board in your order breaks, cracks or warps in normal household use, we replace it with the same or an equivalent board, free of charge, delivery included, in every country we deliver to.
- How long: 5 years from the date of your order. Your order confirmation shows the end date. A replacement board is covered for the rest of that time.
- What it doesn’t cover: normal wear, such as knife marks and scratches; loss or theft; damage caused on purpose; misuse, such as using a board in a microwave or oven or on a hob; and boards used in a business, such as a restaurant.
- How to claim: email us your order number and a photo of the board. We may ask for more photos or, in some cases, for the board back, at our cost.
- Returns: if you return a board, we also refund its warranty. You can also withdraw from the warranty on its own, like any add-on.
- Your legal rights: the warranty comes on top of the legal guarantee and doesn’t affect it.
13. Our liability
- We are liable without limit for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under product liability laws, and wherever else the law doesn’t allow a limit.
- For slight negligence, we are only liable if we breach an obligation that is essential to the contract, meaning one that makes proper performance possible and that you can normally rely on. We are then liable only for the typical damage that could be foreseen when the contract was formed.
- Our products are for private household use. If you use them for business purposes, we are not liable to you for business losses, such as lost profit, except in the cases in the first point.
- Your rights under the legal guarantee are not affected.
14. Complaints
If something isn’t right, please email us at [email protected]. We usually reply within 24 hours on business days.
If we can’t solve it together, customers in Denmark can complain to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, naevneneshus.dk), and customers in Sweden to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, arn.se).
15. Applicable law and courts
These terms and your contract with us are governed by the law of the country where you live. You keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country. You can bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live. If you live in the United States, see Disputes in the United States.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future orders. Your order is governed by the version in force when you placed it, which we send you with your order confirmation.
Regional differences
The terms above apply in the EU and Norway. Where something is different for your country, you’ll find it below.
United Kingdom
- Cancellation: your right to cancel within 14 days comes from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The UK version of the official cancellation information and model form applies. We refund a cancellation within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of you showing us that you sent it, whichever comes first. Returns under our 30-day promise (days 15–30) are refunded within 14 days of receiving and checking the item.
- Faulty goods: section 12’s order of remedies doesn’t apply to you. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that you can ask for a repair or a replacement, and if that doesn’t work, a price reduction or a refund. You can claim up to 6 years after delivery (5 years in Scotland).
- Liability: we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We don’t exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your statutory rights. Section 13 doesn’t apply to UK customers.
- Law and courts: the law of the part of the UK where you live applies (England and Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland), and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
France and the Netherlands
- Liability: the second point of section 13 (the limit for slight negligence) doesn’t apply to you. We are liable as the law of your country provides.
Switzerland
- Swiss law gives no legal right of withdrawal for online purchases, so the legal right of withdrawal in section 11 doesn’t apply to you. Our 30-day return promise does.
- The legal guarantee is 2 years from delivery, under the Swiss Code of Obligations. Please check the goods after delivery and tell us about a defect as soon as you discover it: Swiss law requires prompt notice (Art. 201 of the Code of Obligations).
United States
- Withdrawal: US law gives no legal right of withdrawal, so the legal right of withdrawal in section 11 doesn’t apply to you. Our 30-day return promise does.
- Legal guarantee: section 12 describes EU law. If a product is faulty, your rights under the law of your state apply. The 5-year warranty applies as described.
- Liability: as far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some states don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. These limits don’t apply to implied warranties, which we don’t disclaim or limit, or to claims under the 5-year warranty. Section 13 doesn’t apply to US customers.
- Law and disputes: the law of the state where you live applies. Disputes are resolved by individual arbitration, unless you opt out, as described in Disputes in the United States below. If you opt out, or that section doesn’t apply to a claim, you can bring the claim in the courts of the state where you live.
Disputes in the United States: arbitration and class action waiver
This section applies only if you live in the United States. Please read it carefully. It affects how disputes between you and us are resolved, and it means you can’t bring or join a class action against us.
- Contact us first. Before you start an arbitration or a small claims case, email us at [email protected] with your name, your order number, what the problem is and what you would like us to do. We do the same if we have a claim against you. We both then try in good faith to resolve it within 60 days. During those 60 days, time limits for bringing the claim are paused.
- Individual arbitration. If we can’t resolve it within 60 days, either of us can start arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, your orders or our products is decided by a neutral arbitrator in binding individual arbitration, instead of by a judge or jury in court. The arbitration is administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at adr.org. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
- How it works. The arbitrator can award you the same individual relief that a court could. You can choose to have the hearing in the county where you live, by phone or video, or on written submissions only. The arbitration fees are shared as the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules provide, under which we pay most of them. We won’t ask you to pay our attorneys’ fees unless the arbitrator finds your claim frivolous.
- Small claims court. Either of us can bring an individual claim in small claims court instead, if it qualifies there.
- No class actions. You and we may bring claims against each other only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective or representative proceeding. The arbitrator can’t combine more than one person’s claims. Where the law doesn’t allow a claim for public injunctive relief to be arbitrated or waived, that claim goes to court, after any individual claims have been arbitrated. If this paragraph is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim is decided in court, not in arbitration.
- Your right to opt out. You can opt out of this section within 30 days of your first order. Email us at [email protected] with your name, your order number and the words “I opt out of arbitration”. If you opt out, the rest of these terms still applies, and disputes go to the courts of the state where you live.
- If part of this section is invalid, the rest of it still applies, except as paragraph 5 says.
