Your order

Where is my order? Your order is shipped directly from our production partner in China. When it ships, we send you an email with a tracking link. It can take the carrier 3 to 7 days to activate a new tracking number, and tracking may pause for a few days while the parcel is in international transit or customs. Delivery times are listed in our Shipping Policy.

Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If it has already shipped, you can return it under our 14-day money-back guarantee.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation. Please check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, contact us and we will resend it.

Returns and refunds

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. In short:

Damaged or faulty product

If your cutting board arrives damaged or is faulty, email us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, at no extra cost.

Caring for your Kisora cutting board

Wash it after each use with warm water and a little mild washing-up liquid.
Dry it with a soft cloth straight away to avoid water spots.
Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads or steel wool, as they can mark the surface.
[Dishwasher: please confirm whether the board is dishwasher-safe. The product page says so in places, while the care advice above recommends hand washing; the two should match.]
Both sides can be used, for example one for raw and one for cooked food.
